ALL ITEMS MUST BE ENTERED ONLINE BY TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4TH AT 11PM. THE SYSTEM WILL AUTOMATICALLY GO OFF LINE AT THIS TIME. YOU CAN CONTINUE TO PRINT TAGS UP UNTIL YOUR DROP OFF SHIFT.
WE WILL BE ENFORCING THE FOLLOWING POLICIES THIS SALE:
-we will not accept any clothing that is stained, ripped or too worn. All items will be inspected
carefully at drop off...please inspect your items before bringing them to drop off.
-we will not accept any clothing that has pins going through them. Please go to How To Tag Items
to see the proper way to tag clothing.
-all clothing must be on hangers at check-in
-all cd's, dvd's & videos must be in their original cases
REGISTER
-Read the Consignor Agreement. All consignors must read and sign the Consignor Agreement. We will require a signed agreement prior to accepting your items at drop off.
-There is a $10.00 participation fee that will be deducted from your earnings check.
-Click on New Consignor registration and you will be given a consignor number.

-This number will be printed on your tags.
-This is how we will track your sales.
-Once you are registered you will be able to:
-enter your inventory
-price your own items
-print tags
-sign up for volunteer shifts (allowing you to increase your earnings)
-schedule a drop off
-track your sales on line daily
ORGANIZE
-Gather all items you would like to sell.
-We will only be accepting Fall & Winter clothes for this sale (no Spring or Summer clothes will be
accepted).
-Make sure all clothes are washed, ironed (if needed) and hanging appropriately on hangers (the hook of the
hanger should be facing to the left with the front of the item facing you)
-we will only accept clean, gently used items
-Wipe down all toys, strollers, cribs, pack & plays, outdoor equipment, etc
-Batteries must accompany any toys that require them
-All items must meet our standards. They will be inspected carefully at drop off. Please only bring items
that you would buy yourself.
-please don't be offended if any of your items are not accepted
ENTER your inventory into our on line system.
-Set your own price
-Consignors will have the option to sell their items for half price on our last sale day
-Consignors will also have the option to donate any unsold items to charity
DROP OFF
-Sign up for a drop off time on Sunday, October 2nd SIGN UP FOR
-Your items will be inspected before being accepted DROP OFF TIME

SHOP
-Consignors will be given a pass to shop our presale BEFORE we are open to the public
CONSIGNORS CAN START SHOPPING THE PRESALE AT 5:30pm
VOLUNTEERS CAN START SHOPPING AT 5:00pm
PICK-UP
-All unsold items that you do not wish to donate MUST be picked up on SATURDAY,
October 8th between 5pm & 6pm. Any items not picked up by 6pm will be donated to charity.
CHECKS
-All earnings checks will be mailed out within 2 weeks of the end of our sale
